Gulfport Admirals Cross Country Team

Our first week of practice finishes up tomorrow and I’m so proud of our athletes!! They have endured some hard workouts and hot temperatures. I’m really excited to see our athletes progress and what the next several weeks have in store!!

The 2022-23 season is fast approaching!! If your GHS child is interested, please have them see me at Gulfport High for more information. We will be making announcements in the morning and afternoon starting tomorrow!! If your child is in 7th or 8th grade at BVMS or GCMS, we will have a meeting at each school next week. Fliers will be posted and announcements made at each middle school starting tomorrow (Friday July 22nd). Coach Reese and I look forward to working with your child and having a great season!! Welcome to a new year of Gulfport High Athletics!! Our cross country season begins July 25th!! We will be having meetings with interested 7th and 8th grade students at Gulfport Central Middle School on Wednesday July 27th at 7:30am, and Bayou View Middle School on Thursday July 28th at 7:30am. 6th grade students are not eligible to participate with Gulfport School District athletics. All participating athletes MUST have an up-to-date medical physical on file with the athletic department in order to practice and compete.
