Total Body Conditioning will start back at 5:30AM on Wednesday, January 29th.
We will go unstaffed today for New Year’s Eve at 5:00PM and will be unstaffed for New Year’s day. However, 24 hour access will be in effect until Thursday morning!

We will go unstaffed today, 12/24/2024 at 1:00PM. 24 hour access will go into effect immediately and last through Christmas Day. Thursday, 12/26, we will resume regular hours. Have a blessed and Merry Christmas!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!! 24 hour access will be in effect. The main floor will remain closed but the freeweight room is open. Entry will be thru the main lobby.
Tuesday the free weight room will be open. Main floor will be closed.
Due to the extensive clean-up, repairs and removal, the general contractor has requested/required to close the facility Sunday and Monday.
We promise we are appealing to do everything to accommodate availability to our members. We appreciate the support from the Shopping Center, clean-up crews and members during this time.
Today the free weight room will be open but the rest of the gym is closed due to the work being done.
The main floor and free weight room are both open for the time being. We apologize for any inconvenience and mess as we make the proper repairs due to water damage from a busted pipe. We appreciate our members and are doing our very best to accommodate everyone.
