Our friends from the delta are planning a Horn Island trip next week. They have extended a gracious invite. Post up if you have any interest. Below is his message to me.

We are planning on going to horn the 27 and camping out two nights. Sailing back Sunday morning. If the weather holds. If your interested let me know. We will launch from Mars landing some time around 2:30 Friday afternoon . We have two ti’s and four people going for our end

Was just contacted by a nice gentleman from the Mississippi delta. Him and a friend are wanting to do a sail/camping trip to Horn Island and is looking for advise. Any members out there that can assist? I’m also interested in going and I bet Lee Ladner is in also. Thanks - Stephen

We're helping celebrate Everything Kayak's anniversary this weekend. Come by the store and check out some great deals they have going on and discuss any sailing opportunities you'd like to see happen! Hope to see you at the store and on the water!

Weekend weather is favorable so far. We are scheduled to make a sail out to Cat Island Saturday. If the need is there, we can also have a beach front sail for anyone not wanting to sail to Cat. Post up if you can make either sail.

We are anxiously awaiting sailing season. A planning session for the club's activities is in the works and will be announced here. Post up any ideas/suggestions you would like to see the club accomplish this year. Let's make it a great sailing season!

Had fun taking my middle daughter out for her first sail today. Water was choppy but manageable. May be the last sail until spring.

Finally it looks like we may have an opportunity to get the sails unfurled this weekend! Let's plan a beach run from Courthouse Road launch to Shaggy's on Biloxi beach. Let's be ON the water by 10:00. Post up here if you can make it!
