RICE PATTY EMERGES!!!! Another EPIC Alaska update from Prois Staffer & Alaska State Coordinator, Carri Ann Mueller! Join us in giving these tough ladies a round of applause and READ ON!
👉 Helped a girlfriend on her first caribou hunt! She’s part of our Women Hunting Alaska program and she’s 60 years old. Super proud of her for climbing the mountainside, traversing through treacherous tussocks and braving the Alaskan mosquitoes 🦟.
Be sure to take a close look 👀 at the pictures….we broke out the Prois Flamingo 🦩 & the famous RICE PATTY! How cool that these two special Prois Posse swag items made it to the Alaska range just on the north side of Denali.

Incredible update from Prois Staffer, Becky Henderson Gerritsen who just returned from an amazing adventure! Congratulations, team Gerritsen!! READ ON!
👉 “Spent 10 days high above the Arctic Circle floating through the Brooks Range in search of the nomadic Barren Ground Caribou that call these snow covered tundra and high mountain peaks home. Being about 70 miles from the Beaufort Sea we had the full experience of weather from rain, snow, sun and wind to make things interesting. We didn't find any of the bigger herds but were able to spot some smaller groups with bulls and make some good shots. Along with seeing caribou we watched Dall sheep and lots of interior Grizzlies roam around. It had been about 12 years since we have hunted this area and it was great to see it all again and make new memories.”
