BFA Official Update

After the difficult decision to cancel the 40th Anniversary BFA this past week due to the EHV outbreak, and after carefully reviewing every possible option, the BFA Board has made the decision to cancel the remainder of the 2025 show.

For all contestants who were checked in and did not get the chance to compete, entry fee refunds will be issued.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected during this unprecedented situation. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our barrel racing community.

BFA Update & Refunds

Hey y’all — we’re heartbroken the BFA was cancelled. We’re praying for every horse, rider, family, and vendor affected by this virus. 🙏🐴

Because BFA hasn’t confirmed if the remainder will be rescheduled or called off, we’re treating the Split Timing Side Pot as cancelled for this event and issuing full refunds per our Terms & Conditions Sec 8.2.

What to expect:

Refunds are being processed back to your original payment method.

No action needed on your end.

If BFA reschedules for December and we’re able to provide Split Timing at the show, you’ll be able to re-enter the side pot at that time.
