Gave this front yard in Guthrie a much needed facelift.

This one had some real issues — water holding after rain, drainage running toward the house, and not much usable space up front. We reworked the grading, added drainage, built a retaining wall, put in a new driveway, and finished it with artificial turf.

Now it drains the way it should, looks clean year-round, and there’s no more dealing with dead grass.

Appreciate the help from some solid local partners on this one — Revival Concrete And Landscape on the concrete & Rustic Lawns LLC on the grading. Always better when the right crews are involved.

Not the typical route around here yet, but it made a big difference on this one.
