Hey PAC Fit Fam! Today’s World Mental Health Day and here are some tips to improve your mental health:
- Take care of yourself: Eat a balanced diet, exercise, and get enough sleep.
- Connect with others: Build strong relationships with people who support you. You can also volunteer or help out a friend or neighbor.
- Practice relaxation: Try yoga, meditation, or breathing exercises. You can also try listening to music or reading.
- Challenge yourself: Learn a new skill or take on a new responsibility.
- Practice gratitude: Focus on the things you are grateful for and write them down.
- Reduce stress: Try to express anger when it’s small and avoid taking on too much.
- Spend time in nature: Notice the sun or wind on your face, or feel your feet on the pavement.
- Try sensory input: Find what works best for you, such as listening to an uplifting song, smelling a favorite scent, or squeezing a stress ball.
- Consider professional help: If needed, you can call a helpline or hotline, or reach out to counseling services.
Self-care looks different for everyone, and it may take some trial and error to find what works best for you.
Most importantly, have faith, be strong and love yourself and one another!

Bringing Faith, Hope and Love to a Hurting World �
The only antidote to fear is faith. Our hope can never be shaken by any physical disease, not even one so serious as the coronavirus.
It’s our responsibility to manifest our faith and hope to the many others in our society who, lacking faith, might be drawn toward despair by the advance of the coronavirus.
What is paralyzing is to be overcome by an overwhelming and generalized despair, one that provides no room for hope and therefore robs people of the spirit they require in order to rally in the face of adversity.
The only antidote to fear is faith, and the surest way to build and strengthen faith is through prayer.
Today, as the coronavirus is weighing down so many in so many different ways, it is now our turn to serve our family, friends and our community by bringing faith, hope and love in these most challenging times.
Call your family and friends to let them know you care. Reach out to your neighbors and community to ensure those around you are well. Thank all the essential professionals and workers who are out in the frontlines doing their jobs during these tough times. At the end of the day, love never fails.
LOVE will always PREVAIL. 🙏🏽❤️

I want to thank .imaging for sharing his wisdom and knowledge in times like this. This is not only a physical and mental warfare we’re going through in our day and age but most importantly, it’s a spiritual battle we’re currently engaged in.
Our body, mind and spirit’s are being tested now more than ever. .
Everyone is living in a fear-based mindset thanks to our environment, the media and everything else that’s going on in our world today. We’re being programmed to force our decisions out of fear.
Have faith that you have the strength, power and endurance to overcome any challenge that life presents us with. Don’t force any of your decisions during these difficult times. Instead, have FAITH in what is right for you and your family. Make a decision, take action and move forward with any and every decision you make in life!
Own up to the decisions and actions that you make. Adjust if necessary. We’re all capable of adapting to our surroundings so be resilient, diligent and relentless in times like this.
And a message to our , always know that God will take you through hell just to get you to heaven. So even though the load will get heavy, just know you have the strength to carry it. Grin and just bear it. Win and we will share it
Life can change your directions even when you don’t plan it. All you can do is handle it. The worst thing you could do is panic. Use it to your advantage. Avoid insanity and manage to conquer every obstacle. Make impossible possible! Even when winnings illogical, losing is still far from optional! When life throws you punches, block and counter like a boxer do.
Let FAITH, not fear, rule your heart!
