Heated MAT FUSION 🔥
FRIDAYS 8:15am

JaneAnne Banyra, known as JA, is a Pilates and yoga educator who’s been shaping bodies and minds since 2013. She began her LifeTime journey teaching Flow and has since served on yoga faculty, including facilitating the 2025 Yoga Teacher Training at LifeTime Montvale.

Trained as a classical Peak Pilates instructor since 2022, JA brings precision, athleticism, and creative sequencing to every mat and reformer session. Her two lululemon ambassadorships (Nanuet 2018–2020; Montvale 2023–2026) highlight her leadership, authenticity, and impact within the fitness community.

Rooted in her Portland, OR west coast energy and fueled by hip-hop and R&B, JA’s classes sculpt the body, steady the mind, and build confidence from the inside out. Off the mat, she’s a beach‑loving west coast girl at heart, recharging with friends, family, and good energy.
