For adults, we offer a diverse range of classes including Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Filipino Martial Arts, Israeli Self Defense, and women’s self-defense workshops and boot camps. Our private lessons (available Monday-Saturday) provide personalized training to help you reach your goals.
