Have you seen the new addition to the fitness center?
We have had several people curious about how many laps it took to make a mile. Answer- 12 laps!
Begin walking at the 'START' line walk to the far wall and back 12 times and you will have walked 1 mile.

If you think you might roll over the 99,999 max on your pedometer, see the front desk to have your steps recorded and cleared.
**Don't forget Tuesday will be the last day to order Coast to Coast shirts!

Merkle RMG team, are you interested in using the equipment in the Fitness Center?
If so, there will be an Equipment Training this Friday at 10:00am, stop by the front desk to sign up!
The training is 15-minutes, during this time you will learn about the equipment and go over the policies.
If you can't make it Friday, let the front desk know and we will notify you when the next training is.
