I could talk about this all day. 😂 I love showing you what goes into the juice you’re drinking.

Today on my Live, I took you behind the scenes at Antiox while we were juicing. We’re working with real fruits and vegetables, and there’s a lot of washing, cutting, pressing, and cleaning that goes into every batch.

We don’t add fillers, gums, preservatives, or sugar to our juices. We don’t use HPP either. That sweetness you taste comes from the fruits and vegetables themselves.

I believe God gave us so much good food to enjoy, and I want to help people get more of it into their day. That’s a big part of why we do this.

Meet the Navarros. ❤️

They’ve made incredible progress together, but it hasn’t always been easy and it definitely hasn’t been perfect.

There have been hard days, busy weeks, setbacks, and times when staying consistent was tough.

But they kept going.

They kept showing up, kept working on their nutrition, kept training, and kept supporting each other.

And the difference is visible.

Not just in the weight they’ve lost, but in their confidence, their energy, and the way they carry themselves.

And they’re still on the journey.

That’s important, because real change doesn’t happen in a straight line.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You just have to keep going.
