✨ Meet Chantel ✨

Chantel is a 2nd generation Zumba Instructor, certified since 2013 and a licensed Zumba Gold Instructor since 2025. She is passionate about creating high-energy classes that leave members feeling confident, empowered, and energized.

By day, she’s a full-time bookkeeper, proud dog mom to two Standard Poodles, and mother of a high school senior. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her family.

Her classes blend fitness with confidence, transforming cardio into a fun, sexy dance party where everyone feels welcome to move, let loose, and have fun.

We are so excited to have Chantel as part of the C&B Wellness family! 💚🌙
