Congratulations to Joseph Sprague on his commitment to continue his academic and baseball career at Stockton University! ⚾️🎓

Joseph joined the Pro Skills Baseball program at 13U and continued with us through 17U. Over those years, he has continued to work hard, develop his game, and improve as a player.

Joseph is a varsity player at Rancocas Valley High School and was also selected to the Carpenter Cup this past high school season.

It has been great watching Joseph’s development over the years, and we’re excited to see him earn the opportunity to play college baseball.

Congratulations to Joseph and the entire Sprague family! Well deserved!

⚾ NOW TAKING ON NEW HITTING CLIENTS! ⚾

I’m currently opening up a limited number of spots for individual hitting instruction.

My goal is to help young hitters understand how their swing works, build better movement patterns, develop a consistent approach, and become more confident at the plate.

🔹 Build the Swing From the Ground Up — Develop proper sequencing, movement patterns, and repeatable hitting mechanics.

🔹 Uplift 3D Motion Capture Assessment — See how the body moves throughout the swing and identify strengths, inefficiencies, and areas we can improve.

🔹 OnForm Video Analysis — Video breakdown, side-by-side comparisons, and ongoing feedback to track development.

🔹 Hitting Approach — Learn how to have a plan, understand counts, recognize pitches, and compete with an approach instead of just taking swings.

🔹 Build Confidence — When hitters understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it, confidence follows.

Eddie has been a Pro Skills player since Day 1, growing up in the program and playing alongside many of his current teammates since 9U. It has been great watching his hard work, development, and dedication over the years lead to this opportunity.
