Beginning Monday, August 3 staffed hours will be Monday Tuesday and Thursday from 4 PM to 7 PM and Wednesday and Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Also beginning Monday, August 3 Group fitness classes will be as follows

5:30 – Step
6:00 – PiYo

Tuesday
5:30 – Step
6:00 – Lifting

5:30 – Butts and Guts
6:00 – Lifting
