Why do I love coaching the Empowered Lifestyle Challenge so much?

Honestly…it has very little to do with nutrition.

Yes, people lose body fat.
Yes, they have more energy.
Yes, their clothes start fitting better.

But my favorite part is watching someone who felt frustrated, discouraged, or just plain “meh”…begin to believe in themselves again.

That transformation never gets old.
