How cool is it to see an entire family come together to train and lean into some good wholesome competition?!

One of our beloved members (Jen) decided to rally up the troops and create a group workout that everyone could attend.

42-Strong Challenge: Build Habits That Last.

When we promote challenges at OTM, we don’t gaslight you. We hone in a realistic approach and offer a solution to create sustainable change in your life.

✅ Workout 4x per week (5 points)
✅ Walk 7k+ steps per day (3 points)
✅ Drink 90 oz of water daily (3 points)
✅ Read 5 pages daily (2 points)
✅ Stretch/Mobilize 5-minutes daily (1 point)

We will have an active leaderboard showing who is doing the work and who is not with this challenge!

**This is open to ALL. If you’re not an OTM member, we will provide you with all of the tools necessary to be successful**

⭐️ MOVE MEMBER OF THE MONTH: Luke G ⭐️

Hats off to this dude… he is always, always one of the hardest working people in the room at OTM.

Luke is a Muay Thai fighter... he’s slowly cutting weight for his first career fight sometime in the next 4-6 months (we’re down close to 20 lbs. since Mid December) we’ve been building strength through resistance training and conditioning through a variety of different techniques and the results are showing in the gym and on the mat.

A former collegiate runner, Luke has always been competing to some capacity. He came to us December of this past year looking for structured training, guidance and support that made sense for this ambition and goals. He likes to be challenged but knows his limits. His mixed martial arts career is just beginning and his level of fitness is most definitely expanding.

We’re honored to train such cool and bada$$ people at OTM like this dude.
