Grandmaster Frank Noguera is one of the highest ranking martial artists in traditional Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo and Combat Hapkido. On Wednesday, August 26, 2026 he will be presenting Grandmaster Yuhasz with his 8th degree in Moo Duk Kwan. Please consider yourself invited to this special Taekwondo presentation.
