One thing about Kim…she shows up. And not just physically.
She brings a positive attitude to every single session, is always willing to be coached, and puts in the work no matter what the day looks like.
What makes this milestone even more impressive is the mindset shift behind it. Exercise used to be something done off and on over the years. Like a lot of people, making it a true non-negotiable wasn’t easy. But Kim committed to herself, stayed consistent, and built habits that stuck.
And if you’ve trained with her, you already know…she’s one strong ass “girl athlete” 💪

315 workouts for Ashley!!
She somehow balances a busy career, kids in high level sports, and STILL finds a way to show up consistently for herself.
Now…does she enjoy waking up early for workouts? Absolutely not.
But she does it anyway. That’s discipline.
And let’s talk about how strong she’s gotten. Ashley is an absolute beast in the gym. Strong as hell, works hard, and attacks every workout.
Also…burpees. She hates them with a passion.
But she keeps doing them because she knows getting better at the things we dislike usually matters the most.
