It’s time to get ourselves back into the dojo!!!! ❤️
FEBRUARY 15TH begins our next 12 week challenge! You have three options if you would like to participate.....
1️⃣ Participate in our 12 week in-person challenge! Schedule of classes is as follows:
🥊 Mondays at 5:45pm
🥊 Wednesdays at 5:45pm
🥊 Thursdays at 5:45pm
🥊 Saturdays at 8:15am (Yoga)
🥊 Saturdays at 9:30am
2️⃣ Participate in our 12 week virtual challenge! You will have access to a library of classes and one new class will be added each week.
3️⃣ Participate in BOTH!! Have the option of doing all in-person classes AND the virtual classes!
No matter what option you chose, EVERYONE has a chance to WIN!!! As always....weigh-ins are optional but if you don’t participate, you can’t win!
