It was so much fun watching our parents jump in, learn the basics, and train right alongside their kids. The smiles, laughs, and maybe a little competition made for a great night! 😂🔥

Sabrina started her martial arts journey with us at just 4 years old, and now at 7, she has grown into a dedicated Black Stripe! 🖤
She is a consistent student who shows up, works hard, and continues to challenge herself every time she steps on the mat. Sabrina participates in many of our tournaments, putting her skills and determination to the test! 🏆

We’re so proud of the progress Sabrina has made over the years and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next! Keep up the great work, Sabrina! 👏🥋✨

Last Friday night, our entire association came together for a Judges & Board Breaking Training to make sure we’re bringing our A-game to the tournament this weekend! 🏆

Our judges put their knowledge to the test with a quiz on their phones—because if you’re going to judge, you’ve gotta KNOW your stuff! 📱✅ Then we got hands-on with proper board holding techniques to make sure every break is safe, consistent, and done the right way. 💥🪵

The goal? **Better preparation. Better judging. Better board breaks. A better tournament experience for EVERYONE.** 🔥

We don’t just prepare our students—we prepare the team behind them. 💯

**Tournament weekend, we’re READY.** 🏆🥋

😂🥋 Hamburg understood the assignment for Anything But a Bag/Belt Day!

Monday + Tuesday had everyone getting VERY creative with what they brought to class. 🎒❌ The creativity was unmatched, and honestly… some of these “bags” deserve a belt of their own. 😂🔥

Two days of chaos, creativity, and plenty of laughs at MKMA Hamburg! 🥋💯

🥋🏆 Our Champs are putting in the WORK as they get ready for tournament! 🔥

But tournament prep is about so much more than learning forms, kicks, and techniques. It’s about building CONFIDENCE, learning how to support your teammates, pushing through nerves, and being proud of yourself for stepping up and giving it your all. 💪

These little martial artists are learning lessons that go way beyond the mats. ❤️🥋 We can’t wait to watch them shine! 🌟
