This week, we're proud to recognize Addison McAllister, an 11-year-old First Degree Black Belt, as our Hamburg Student Spotlight!
Earning a black belt is no small accomplishment. It takes years of dedication, perseverance, discipline, and hard work. Addison has demonstrated all of these qualities throughout her martial arts journey and continues to set a great example for her fellow students both on and off the mat.
Her commitment to training and willingness to push herself toward new goals are just a few of the reasons we're proud to have her as part of our martial arts family. We look forward to watching her continue to grow as a martial artist and leader.

Men’s Boot Camp Workout 💪
This is your hour to reset, push yourself, and train with purpose.
All fitness levels are welcome for this FREE community event on Wednesday, June 24th | 8–9 PM.
We’ll be combining Taekwondo, boxing, and functional fitness to build strength, improve conditioning, and help reduce stress in a high-energy, supportive environment.

This Saturday, our Black Belt and Degree Belt candidates will be testing at Maryvale High School. Please join us in wishing them the very best as they demonstrate the skills, discipline, and perseverance they've worked so hard to achieve.

This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country ❤️🤍💙
As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, we are grateful for those who served and continue to serve.
Master Khechen’s Martial Arts Academy will be CLOSED Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for Memorial Day weekend. Classes will resume Tuesday!

Our women’s boot camp workout was awesome! I loved watching everyone being so supportive and willing to step out of their comfort zone to do something different! There were tons of smiles and laughs along with a great work! Thank you all so much for attending!!! 🙂💪
