This is what we built … our legacy lives on even though we are gone! Boys from Williamsville Central School District participated in the Veterans Race - Buffalo to honor the men and women who served our country. We are very proud and grateful.

After 11 years of serving our community, it is with a heavy heart that we announce we will be closing our doors. With the recent stepping down of our Executive Director and Founder, Juliet Meade, we are left with very limited capacity and resources.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our supporters, volunteers, our Board of Directors and the entire community. Together we accomplished so much, and we are immensely proud of the impact we have made over the years. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us.

Have you ever heard…. “If it were easy, everyone would do it.”
Of course it’s hard—that’s the point. Determination, persistence, and grit are necessary ingredients for success.
Businesses, goals, projects may fail, and there will be countless moments when you want to give up. But just like in class, if you don’t show up, you will fail.
So show up. Put in the work.
Don’t fixate on failures—“failure is the classroom.”
Some will criticize you, some will hate you. But remember: “if you live for the cheers, you’ll die by the boos.”
Stay focused, keep pushing, and most importantly—keep showing up !

📣 Attention all community leaders, supporters , previous coaches/ participants/parents/caregivers
and schools! 🏫
Please allow us to apologize for the delay in sending this as many meetings had to take place to develop a plan in place for the organization’s future.
November will be almost 12 years since we started Boys on the Right Track, however our Founder and Executive Director made the difficult decision to step down. This decision has been both saddening and reflective, but sometimes we must recognize that certain endeavors must come to an end while they served well for a specific time.
We are very proud of the contributions we have made, the lives we have touched, and the change fostered.
Stepping down means the organization will pause its programs this fall and resume in the spring with a fresh perspective. We will rebrand, reorganize, and restructure to be more gender-inclusive, as boys-only programs have struggled to secure funding. The mission to teach boys social-emotional skills remains at the core of our work, and we will be searching for new board members and staff to carry this vision forward.
Thank you for your support and understanding. We are forever grateful for the community we've built together.
Million thanks to all the supporters and community that helped us continue to serve boys. Please reach out if you have any further questions.
Juliet L. Meade, M.S.
Founder/Executive Director
