Yoga Medicine's intensive program. She is a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. She is also certified to teach yoga for cancer patients and survivors, having trained with the recognized expert in the field, Tari Prinster. Sara is also a cancer survivor whose illness has greatly influenced her approach to teaching. Sara is skilled at providing modifications that allow all students, whether it is their first class or their hundredth to safely reach their goals. Her passion is to help her students take control of their bodies, find their courage, and fill their toolbox with techniques they can use to heal and bring joy to their lives both on and off the mat. She has designed and leads both a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program and a 500 hour training.
