Postpartum life is hard. Besides adjusting to life with a new baby on very little sleep, your body is not what it once was. I try to remind myself how amazing my body is, it grew two beautiful 9lb babies and was their home for 9 months. But the after effects are hard. But today I start a new chapter! Back to regular workouts and eating healthy! I need to be my best self for my 2 little loves! So wherever you’re at in life, here’s a reminder how amazing you are and you can do it!
