I’m going to write a cookbook for the everyday gal entitled “How to be awesome at everything.” I’ve been struggling with making stuffed peppers hot enough for my Pop but big enough for an actual meal. Serrano peppers with hot Italian sausage, garlic, peppercorn, dried bell pepper, mozzarella, Colby Jack, fresh Italian parsley and onions. Mixing the leftover stuffing with long grain wild rice and stuffing bell peppers for mom. Hopefully they are as good as they look!

We're back!

Classes restarting this Saturday! I'm aiming for about 3 a week, this Saturday is our test run to make sure all the kinks are worked out regarding live streaming through Zumba.com and the different payment methods. I hope to see you there!

First poster hung! Home gym is sooooo close to completion!

Another day closer to my home gym/studio being completed! Making the jump from public gym to building a gym in my attic was pretty close to the most terrifying decision of my life. I won't bring up the cost because the bill as it stands is giving me Forrest Whitaker eye... but I know when it's done I'll be able to not only virtually teach my local ladies, but all the gals in the Finger Lakes I've been missing! Here's to new beginnings! 🥂

Hello everyone! As of this week, I’m sorry to say I will no longer be teaching Zumba at Southtowns Fitness Center. I know! But this decision, while difficult, has really put me in gear to finally have my attic converted into a gym. Once that is complete, I’ll continue teaching via Zoom from home until I decide what gym to teach live classes at. Please PM or text me if you would like additional information. I’ll keep everyone posted on the progress of Local Loca Studio here in South Buffalo! I will miss you, but will see you soon!
