WHAT. A. WEEKEND. 🔥🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
IFS Run Club was ALL OVER Western New York this weekend — roads, trails, 5Ks, half marathons, big climbs and finish lines everywhere.

And this crew didn’t just show up…
They showed OUT.

🏆 Podium finishes
🥇 Age-group awards
🔥 PRs and incredible performances
⛰️ 18+ miles with nearly 3,800 feet of climbing
⚡ A 1:11:38 half marathon — 5:28/mile and 3rd overall
❤️ Katherine taking 2nd in her age group
🏅 Kate, Carter, Heather, Orion and Martin all bringing home hardware
🏃 Mighty Niagara runners, Hospice Dash runners, Epilepsy Awareness 5K runners, trail runners and more!

But here’s what I love most…
People were texting each other before races wishing each other luck. Sharing pictures afterward. Celebrating somebody else’s PR or medal like it was their own.

That’s Run Club.

Different ages. Different speeds. Different goals. Different races.
One community.

And somehow, this crazy group is just getting started.

It was a beautiful night Friday for the Light the Night Walk benefitting Blood Cancer United of Buffalo. We can’t thank everyone enough for their support thru donations, sharing our campaign, and coming to our Labor Day event. It was great to see some IFS faces throughout the night!

Maggie side note: This event means so much to my family as the impact made by Blood Cancer United on us is immeasurable. It’s amazing to continue paying that support forward to the Buffalo community so thank you!!
