We'd like to add some BJJ programming on Mondays at 6:30PM now that Coach Tom has moved to California.

Coach Rony will be in Ecuador for 2 weeks, but still available for wrestling Mondays going forward... however we'd love your option on classes you'd like to attend on Mondays.

We just wanted to remind you of a few upcoming events this weekend for BJJ kids and adults at Soulcraft!

Saturday 5/2

Many of our youth and adult students are competing at Tap Cancer Out, a non profit BJJ tournamnet in Fairfield CT.

Note: There will be no Women's BJJ Class or Open Mat Saturday as many of our students and coaches will be at the event.


Sunday 5/3

Coach Tom, Chris P, Martina, Scott, and a few others will sadly be leaving us in the next few weeks/months as they leave New Haven for other opportunities. As always happens in this college town, we lose great friends and teammates around this time every year. To send these folks off, please join us for Open Mat at 11AM, followed by some food and drinks at the gym. Feel free to make something, or bring something to share and join us!

Note: 10AM kids class is on as scheduled.

Soulcraft Martial Arts/ Macarra BJJ Hamden and Apex Krav Maga... just a reminder that the gym will be closed for deep cleaning this Friday 3/20. We will have open mat/open gym from
6:15AM-7:30AM and then be closed for all morning and afternoon, and evening classes reopening Saturday for our normal schedule.
We appreciate your patience while we start the spring with things clean, fresh, and sanitized.

As much as we hate to do it… with coaches and folks driving here tonight from all over the area, I’m going to be on the safe side and cancel evening classes for tonight Tuesday 3/3 due to the icy conditions forecasted.
We will see everyone back in action tomorrow at 6:15am!

Just a reminder about our youth BJJ promotions ceremony tomorrow 2/18! Promotions will be held during regular class times at 5:15PM for our younger students and 5:45PM for our older students. Please have gi's on and belts tied for an on time start! See everyone tomorrow!
