A simple 4-week program designed for busy adults who want to feel better, move better, and build momentum without living in the gym.

Congrats to Victoria poppert for hitting a 2-Run Home Run in the NJ Group 3 State Championship game yesterday.

This helped Steinert Softball 💚🤍 win their 4th consecutive NJ Group 3 State Title

Victoria started at TNL this past winter off-season to get stronger and faster, and didn’t make any excuses this spring!

She trained at least 1x per week throughout the season to maintain her winter gains and continuing making progress

Meet Patty! 👋

She’s been training with us for two months and has more energy, greater confidence, and steady progress while working at her own pace. After trying other activities like pool exercise and Pilates, she found a welcoming, non-pressured environment that makes fitness enjoyable and sustainable.

Summer is about to get HOT. ☀️

While some athletes are getting faster, stronger, and more explosive this summer…

Others are taking 8-12 weeks completely off.

And when fall sports roll around, the gap is obvious.

The athletes who make the biggest jump aren’t always the most talented.

They’re the ones who stay consistent when everyone else hits pause.

This summer, our athletes are attacking speed development, strength training, plyometrics, movement quality, and injury reduction so they can show up to tryouts, preseason, and next season ahead of where they left off.

Whether your goal is to make varsity, earn more playing time, prepare for high school sports, or take your game to the next level, summertime is one of the biggest opportunities for development all year.

The question is simple:

Will you show up in August wishing you had trained, or knowing you did everything possible to get better?

This week, a lot of new faces took the first step as we kicked off Week 1 Evaluations for our Summer Athlete Program.

Some are getting ready for their first high school season. Some are chasing bigger goals and opportunities to play at the next level. Others are stepping into a structured training program for the very first time.
