Huge thank you to Derek for leaving this review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is exactly what we're here for. Seeing athletes grow stronger, move better, and show up mentally on the field.
That's TNL at work. ⚡

🏆 TWO YEARS AGO, TNL WAS NAMED THE BUSINESS OF STRENGTH GYM OF THE YEAR.
This week, our coaches are heading to Park City, Utah, for the Business of Strength “Gold Medal Standard” Annual Retreat.
That award was an incredible honor. But it was never the finish line.
Our members trust us with their health, goals, and athletic careers. They deserve a team that keeps learning, growing, and raising the standard.
Over two days, we’ll learn alongside some of the top gym owners in the country, with a focus on leadership, employee development, building a high-performance team, and delivering a higher level of service.
The goal is simple: bring new ideas home, develop better coaches, and improve every part of the TNL experience.
The trophy represents what we built.
This trip is about what comes next.

AUGUST MEMBERS OF THE MONTH
Want to get stronger in your 40s, 50s, or 60s?
Want to become a faster, stronger athlete without letting your sport schedule get in the way?
Our August Members of the Month are two examples of what happens when you have a plan and consistently show up for it.
Our Adult Member of the Month, Carin Farnan, completed 10 sessions in August while continuing to build her strength:
30 lb Dumbbell Bench Press
55 lb Landmine Squat
But Carin’s impact goes beyond the weights.
She’s an excellent community member who goes out of her way to talk with others, brings positive energy into every session, and makes TNL a better place to train.
Our Athlete of the Month, McKenna Hansen, was LOCKED IN throughout August.
14 sessions.
ZERO missed.
That consistency helped her reach a new speed PR of 15 MPH while working her way up to 30 lb Split Squats for 10 reps.
For athletes, you can’t expect to get faster and stronger if training is the first thing you skip when life gets busy.
For adults, getting stronger doesn’t require living in the gym. It requires a plan you can stick with and a community you enjoy being around.
Carin and McKenna are great examples of both.
Congratulations to our August Members of the Month!
If you’re an athlete looking to get faster and stronger, or an adult 40+ ready to build strength and feel better, comment “TOUR” and we’ll reach out to schedule your complimentary Discovery Consult and gym tour.

This is what improvement looks like. Not just showing up. Not just pushing hard. Actual measurable progress. 🏃
Because speed training without a system is just running. Speed training with a coach is development.

Getting stronger isn’t random. It’s not the gym with the best equipment or the workout that looks the hardest.
It’s expert coaching that knows exactly what your body needs, when it needs it, and how to progress you safely. That’s what you see here. 💪
