Heavy sled, curved footplate and built like a tank.

You don’t come across these pieces too often because no one wants to get rid of them.

Really happy we now have this in the facility.

Need to do some fine tuning on it but overall it is in really good shape.

New Glute machine in by the called The Froggy.

Extremely impressive piece.

Heavy duty and targets the glutes very, very well.

Really simple machine with four adjustments.

If you aren’t sure how to properly use it, please let us know and we will help you out.

Once you get situated on it, it’ll be the best glute targeted machine you’ve ever used.

7 years of PSA.

Time is flying by.

Grateful that I love what I do and I am blessed I get to share that with so many people. I’ve met some great people along the way, made lifetime friendships and have heard some incredible stories about what PSA has done for certain people on this journey. It’s what makes all of this worth it.

This industry is also truly as cut throat as it gets. Loyalty is non existent, everyone is always looking for the new best thing and it’s impossible to please everyone. Trust me- I try and it never works.

It’s humbling to know I started with a facility the size of my locker room, to growing this into two successful facilities.

I could never be where i’m at without our teams at both locations, my family and my friends who have helped along the way. To every member or guest who has ever stepped foot in either location- thank you. You are all what makes PSA great. Without all of you- we could never have been named best Gym in Glassboro three years running and also a top 3 business in Hamilton.

We will never claim to be the best but I promise you- I will never stop trying to be for y’all.

Nothing better than making your own path. Don’t follow in someone else’s foot prints and take the easy way.

The best thing you can ever do is bet on yourself.

Hammer strength Iso chest press just hit the floor.

Not a huge fan of Hammer strength but some of their pieces are great. This is one of them.

Great contraction on this piece and it is heavy.

Love finding pieces in great shape that have been and will continue to be staple pieces in body building.

Doesn’t always have to be shinny and brand new to be a great piece of equipment.

More additions coming to both places. Stay patient and the improvements will continue!

Been on the search for this piece for a long time. Happy I finally tracked it down. Old school Cybex has some of the best pieces ever made.

One of my favorites and I believe also one of the best plate loaded shoulder presses out there.

Small foot print but packs a punch. Super smooth with converging arms. Multiple grips and adjustable seat to make it comfortable for anyone to use.

Constantly evolving and adding enhancements to our locations.
