It’s Mat Monday!
I’ve been wanting to post more to this page so I’m going to start a weekly Mat Monday post. I thought it be fun to kick it off with some pictures of cute pets doing Pilates. Please add pictures of your pets working out in the comments. Here’s a picture of my kitty Harley doing Hundreds as well as my long time student and friend’s Shih Tzu Sebastian doing side lying leg work.

Didn't get my workout in so while the kids played in the backyard I brought out my mat and Pilates ring. Beautiful Summer night!

Happy Birthday to me! I celebrated by starting my day training an amazing woman & then Rocking out on my reformer to a combo of No Doubt & Sammy Hagar Van Halen. Turning 39 is absolutely fabulous!

Snake twist is one of the most challenging but my personal favorite exercises. It's not every day that I can complete this exercise on both sides. Today I was able to get through both sides!!!

Don't forget tomorrow is Mat Class Tuesday at Steps and Pirouettes from 10-11. Class is only $10 and your first class is free. Come find your center again after Winter Break!

So excited to take Zumba class tonight at Steps and Pirouettes! It's from 7:30-8:30 & your first class is free. I love Zumba because of the great cardio benefit but also because I get to dance and have fun.
