Riverside Fun Camp

Summer has come and gone, school has taken over.
Old friends reconnected and new friends were made.
10 weeks of tennis, dance parties, last man standing, cannonballs, ice cream sandwiches, laughter, and so much more 💗

Thank you for letting us hang out with all 122 campers this summer, we are so incredibly blessed to get to know each and every one of them.
Make sure to follow Riverside Athletic Club for more events throughout the school year and we are already counting down the days until we see you all for Fun Camp 2027! 🎾

Now that summer is winding down, I should probably introduce myself, the woman behind the chaos…

Hi 👋🏻 My name is Anna Lang and I have been your camp director this summer!
Don’t freak out when I tell you this but.. I actually don’t even play tennis 🤷🏻‍♀️
My husband has played his entire life so he has been lucky enough to call Riverside Athletic Club a second home. When he told me that they were looking for a camp director, I jumped at the chance! I absolutely LOVE summer camp and went to one every year growing up since I was 7.
I previously worked at the Cincinnati Zoo and Newport Aquarium, where I focused on their conservation education programs, in addition to working multiple positions at the aquariums summer camp over multiple years.
My favorite part of summer camp will always be watching the kids have fun with the games and events that I plan specifically for them.

Thank you for trusting our team with your kids this summer, please come back to Riverside for everything else that we have to offer, and we hope to see all of you next year 💗

We are so excited to announce that RAPTOR, Inc. will be doing a program for our campers next week!
This will be a fun and interactive change of pace for our kiddos as they will get to see 3 live bird ambassadors and learn all about the life of birds of prey. Sign your child up now, ages 7-14, to experience this amazing opportunity!

Caroline Boyle is the next camp counselor to hit your feed! 👑

Caroline started playing tennis with her grandpa when she was a little tot, at 3 years old.
She started going to Riverside in 2015, at around 9 years old, and while that is the perfect age for a camper, she sadly never got to attend 😢
Caroline is having a blast being a camp counselor though as this is her 3rd year with us!
Caroline played on the Badin High School tennis team, currently is on Riverside’s travel team, AND she plays for University of Dayton’s D1 women’s team. She will graduate in 2029 with a degree in elementary education.
Caroline says that her favorite part of camp is that we get to do so many fun activities and meet new kids every week! 🫶🏻
