The bass loved how Aaron Kuhlmann and Dave Fricke wiggled their worms in the water this day! Good job everyone. We have 3 more day events and a Wednesday to qualify for the classic. Pretty much every team who is qualified for the classic still has a shot at team of the year so show up!
There will be no Monday nighter tonight. Happy Labor Day. Start time will also be moved to 530 moving forward

We had 7 boats show for a very hot day. About 10:30 a.m. you were hoping it was 2:30 p.m. Some guys got them good, The winners said they culled 6 times. We fished Main river most of the day, missed a few , but it wasn't very good like it should be by now. River was in good shape with low current. The creeks keep putting out still because all the fresh water this year is my guess. Our next Wednesday open is in 2 weeks at Tanners 9/16/26. Unless blown out. Thanks to all that came. Dennis

Please see updated qualified members. Remember you need 8 to qualify or you can buy one for 100$ if you can only get 7 in. We still have 4 weekend events to get them in as well as a couple of wednesday opens. If you see a discrepancy please private message the page and we can double check for you.
Our Classic/Championship will be held on the Detroit river and we will be using the Elizabeth Park boat access ramp. You will not need a passport unless you intend to step on Canadian land but you will need an Ontario fishing license if you plan to fish Canadian waters.
This WEDNESDAY 9/2/26 TANNERS OPEN ! Start : 6:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. $ 120 entry includes big Bass pots. Off Limits is 1st bridge in Tanners to the 1st Cooling Pond, can't go in the pipe in south Hogan. These count towards your 8 if your a member for the 2026 championship at The Detroit river in October. Was there today, and the creeks are clear and the river is looking good too ! Its going to be Hot, Hazy and Hell like so I thought 2:30 p.m. was good. You young guys can try to beat us out of our Social security again ! See you there Dennis.
