Conquest Custom Golf Professional Club Fitting, Building, and Repair

A productive and successful weekend this last weekend as I took 1st Place in the Champions Flight at the Ohio Valley Golf Association Annual Masters Golf Tournament held at Legendary Run. I'll take it!

I am quite proud to announce that Golf Digest has again honored me and my business, Conquest Custom Golf, as being one of the "Top 100" Golf Club Fitters in the country! It's a 2 year honor so that's 6 years in a row! I am beyond thrilled! Previous years I had received a "heads up" email in advance but this year, the congratulatory emails and phone calls started rolling in from friends and customers and and my reaction was, "WTH"? Seriously? So proud!

Last week I was honored by having earned the certification of "Master Club Fitter in Golf Club Fitting Technology! Spent 4 days in Columbus, Georgia at the Association of Golf Club Fitting Professionals Annual Convention, presenting my thesis, a process started over 4 years ago, and then an intense Q&A session from the current Master Club Fitters. Quite a week! Add that to taking 3rd in my flight at the World Amateur Golf Tournament in Myrtle Beach and being inducted into the Ohio Valley Golf Association Hall of Fame ............ been a pretty good year for the ego!

My award for placing 3rd in my flight in the World Amateur Golf Tournament arrived today! Will look sweet on my trophy shelves that are getting heavily populated! Heck yeah!

Had a rather successful weekend! I was inducted into the Ohio Valley Golf Association (OVGA) Hall of Fame last Friday night at Montgomery Inn and topped it off by winning my Flight at an OVGA Major Tournament at Lassing Pointe on Saturday. Wish every weekend was this cool!
