Samson Gym is a family owned fitness facility specializing in Spinning.
Classes include Bootcamp, Zumba, Core, Body Sculpting, Urban Rebounding and Light & Lively morning classes. The gym houses 2 floors of strength training equipment and hosts two sanctioned powerlifting meets per year. Teamwork is encouraged with small group weight training sessions for women on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

It has been almost 9 months since the closing of Samson Gym. The thing we miss most is our people. Most of our gym members we would see at least 2-3 times per week. Many of them were with us 25-30 years. They were family for us. One very special person is celebrating his 92nd birthday today! Happy birthday, Don Peters! We love you and miss you. Wishing you the best day and year! Can't wait to see you soon!

It has been 34 years. It is time for us to say goodbye to Samson Gym. There were no takers so we will have everything removed during the next 30 days. As you can imagine, there are so many emotions. We could never begin to thank all the friends that have walked this journey with us. We could never begin to thank the thousands of people that have worked out with us and supported the gym. We are grateful for each and every one of you. Our last full day will be Monday, December 1st. Please pickup any personal belongings you may have here. We have been trying to get pictures of each and every one. So many wonderful memories. Most of all, we want to thank Tad and Pam Butler. They began this journey with us 34 years ago. The first 9 years with them was incredible. We all had a vision and that was the start of a dream come true.
We give all the credit to God. He has always put the right people in the right places. We will trust Him as we move forward and follow His lead.

Darris and I would travel with Paul and his wife back in the day. Darris and Paul would compete in powerlifting. Sheri and I would be known to eat and shop! Great times!
