Dedicated to our community and your health, Hamilton Wellness Center is the area's premier provider of integrated health and wellness services.

The center includes a fitness workout area that has strength and cardio equipment. We also offer a variety of group fitness classes daily. We have Fitness on Demand 24-hours a day/7 days a week for all members. We also have a Indoor Therapy pool year round. Also in the center is treatment areas for Physical Therapy, Cardiac-Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Diabetic Education.

Not only did two of our personal trainers compete in the Fall Feats of Strength competition this past Saturday but two of our members stepped out of their comfort zone and competed too!
