🌟 From starting as a Nurse Tech in the Emergency Department and becoming a Medical Intensive Care Unit Staff RN to serving as a Charge Nurse and advancing to the role of Critical Care Clinical Practice Facilitator, Taylor has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication and a passion for developing others. Her work to streamline the onboarding process for new hires, support the nurse residency program and mentor critical care staff helps strengthen our nursing team and enhance patient care every day.

A huge congratulations to Logan Torrance for an incredible performance at the CrossFit Adaptive Games! 👏

Competing against some of the best adaptive athletes in the world, Logan finished 7th worldwide in his division. Not every workout went according to plan, but he never let that shake him. He kept his head down, kept working, and was rewarded with the Performance of the Day award; a testament to his grit and resilience.

We couldn’t be prouder of the way you represented yourself and Northshore Fit. Congratulations, Logan! 💪

Some members got after it this weekend! Blaine, Jen, and Brent completed the Ironman they have been training for! 🚴

This weekend in Hammond was all about switching things up. 🔥

First up was spin class with Coach Taylor Stanley, and she absolutely killed it. The lights, the energy, the whole vibe was unmatched. Only thing missing was a giant disco ball… we already put a note in for Brad on that one. 😂

Then we kicked off our first swim WOD of the summer at Zemurray Park, and it did not disappoint. Always one of our favorite ways to sweat.

We love getting after it in the gym, but it hits different when we get to do it together outside those walls too.

Blaine, Jen, and Brent are taking it all the way to Oregon. 🚴

These three are competing in Ironman 70.3 on July 19 and we are here for it. The early mornings, the miles, the grind all leads to this.

Show them some love and encouragement as the prep!
