Our state of the art Gym will offer the best in Rouge and Hoist equipment. Both selectable and plate loaded machines. Separate areas for Powerlifting, CrossFit and overall fitness. Cardio machines ranging from Step Mills, Elliptical, lateral trainers, treadmills, water row, and stationary bikes. Optional outside training area. Media room for Kids 6 and up when a babysitter isn’t an option you won’t have to miss your workout. We will also offer In house certified female trainer with 15 years fitness and nutrition experience. Meal prep services with orders placed on Thursday and available for pickup the following Monday. In house IV infusion scheduling available with IVHydrate. We offer a wide verity of membership options as follows

Rise and Grind Fitness opening March 2023!! We will be well equipped to train in powerlifting, strongman, olympic lifting, body building, and general strength training. No other gym in town is better equipped to make you strong. We have separate buildings to accommodate both novice and the most hard core athletes. Our main building will be equipped for every day training. We will have Hoist, Precore and Rouge equipment. Our facilities will be clean and equipment will be well maintained at all times We know the problems serious lifters have at other gyms. That’s why our back building “The Cage” is perfect for the most hardcore lifters. Here, feel free to use chalk and make noise. We want you to deadlift!. We haven’t forgot about those who love CrossFit. We have an outdoor covered CrossFit area fully equipped with the latest Rouge equipment. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL MARCH 2023!!
