I’ve been watching football for 49 years. This is a new one for me.
How in the world is this an incomplete forward pass? He threw it backwards. If it’s a pass at all, it’s a lateral. Which means it’s a live ball on the ground. Or it’s a fumble. Either way, Saints TD.
Evidently, by watching a replay, an official can now know what a player was attempting to do.
Of course he was going to throw it forward. But he didn’t. I guess interceptions shouldn’t count because the intention of the quarterback was to throw it to his own guy. After all, it is what he was trying to do.
Nonsense.

Well, week one is down. Question when you fumble the ball or throw it backwards and it goes 20 yards and the other team scores a touchdown, how is that not a fumble or a lateral pass backwards? Not only that how did the replay officials get it wrong? We need full-time refs!!! Who DAT baby!! Here we Go!!!

The most profound way we can ever honor the beautiful souls we lost on September 11th is to live every single day with the spirit we found on September 12th.
In our darkest hour, we remembered a truth that everyday life can sometimes obscure: when everything else falls away, there is no race, no gender, and no political divide that can separate us. In the end, the only thing that truly matters is how we show up for each other.
Let us carry that unity forward in their memory. Let us choose kindness, strength, and community over division.
We are Americans first. We are Americans forever.

Not Burrow’s LSU, not Jayden Daniels’ LSU, and not any LSU team in history.
The Tigers amassed a school-record 38 first downs on Saturday night, but i believe that might not have been the most impressive aspect of their 51-10 demolition.
LSU executed their formations flawlessly, played at a rapid pace, and avoided costly mental lapses.
They handled substitutions effectively and took care of their special teams. Despite the numerous distractions swirling around the program, none of these factors seemed to matter once the
ball was kicked.
As the saying goes, “Be perfect in the things that take no talent.”
LSU came dangerously close to achieving this.
“Let’s forget the 51 points; this is what should terrify LSU’s opponents.”
