As Spring approaches us and the desire to get out of the house, as well as get outside, we will be introducing NEW programs and NEW offerings [of course we will stay within the local governments and CDC guidelines] so we need more members on our team!
π Pole Fitness will be returning in May
π Adrenaline Rush, Adrenaline Flow and Adrenaline Dance will be a way of our future
π Outside, Indoors plus Virtual will all still be options
π New fun equipment will be in the horizon

Meet Rachel, one of our personal trainers at Adrenaline Studio as well as the Studio manager. Rachel has been in the fitness industry for 15 years and was the owner of Fitness Mogul Group Exercise & Pole Dancing Studio for 9 years [which filled the 4 walls at 103 N. Egg Harbor Rd prior to Adrenaline Studio].
She holds certifications in Group Exercise, Strength Conditioning and Weight Training Consultant, Nutritional Consultant, TRX, Kettlebell and Total Body Conditioning with Bender Balls and Gliding Discs.
Not only will you catch Rachel organizing all the behind the scenes and day to day operations at the Studio, but you will find her leading various ZOOM and in person group workouts as well as one-on-one training sessions in the mornings and evenings.
When sheβs not organizing behind the scenes things or training clients at the Studio, you will find her designing/developing/building her future home with her β€οΈ Kyle. Follow along and chime in with any ideas/suggestions on their build
