A special thank you to Amy Heggan for organizing today’s event, our Board Members and volunteers who helped throughout the day, our coaches, players, and families who participated, Mayor Furgione for stopping by to show his support, Ms. Juliet Wilson for her beautiful rendition of the National Anthem, and Matthew Donio for announcing both AA games.

Congratulations to Ricca’s Brick Oven Bistro & Bar on winning their 1st Triple A Championship in extra innings over Electri-Tech, Inc tonight at Hammonton Lake Park.

They say defense wins championships, and that could not have been more evident tonight. With the winning run on third base in the bottom of the 6th inning, Ricca’s turned an incredible double play to keep the game alive and force extra innings. Riding that momentum, they took the lead in extras and never looked back.

Congratulations to both teams on a tremendous season and an exciting championship game. The future of baseball in Hammonton is bright! ⚾🏆

Congratulations to Marinella Funeral Home, Inc. on winning their 5th consecutive Boys Majors Championship tonight. It was a hard fought series against DiDonato Family Fun Center but in the end Marinella was able to hold on for the series win! Thank you to the coaches, players and families for a great Boys Majors season!

Defending champion Marinella’s is looking for an incredible 5th consecutive title, while DiDonato’s enters with momentum after a big Game 2 victory and hopes to bring home the championship.

American Legion begins its quest for a 3rd straight Senior League Championship against Asphalt Paving Systems in Game 1 of their best-of-three series.

The Cape-Atlantic American League is one of the most talented and competitive conferences in New Jersey high school baseball, making this a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to the great seasons both players had.

Both Ethan and Cooper spent many years playing in Hammonton Little League, and it has been great watching your baseball journeys continue and succeed at the high school level. Congratulations again—we are proud of you both! 👏💙
