Basically! I can not express just how wonderful this class feels during and after.

The body is in a comfortable position and totally relaxed and supported. Drift away allowing the brain waves to move here and there.

So proud of all these girls, but especially my girl. Such a great wknd of games! Lily’s team won 4 of the 5 they played and earned the first place medal in the silver bracket!
:
Simply amazing to watch them play and have the drive to fight together, for a win! They also are amazing at supporting one another through the losses, which IMO is also a win!

98 years young, is what I would have put here, because he was! No matter what age, he was always young, to me. The memories are endless and I will pass them on and hopefully they will never fade, as generations to come know of his undying love and support of this wonderful family, he helped create! No matter what, he was always there; which makes saying a final goodbye that much harder. We all tried to hold onto him, as long as we could. But, he was ready and it was time.

Thank you, to all who have listened to my grandpa stories, and have loved him through me. I hope to keep them alive, and in them, his memory of humor, love, and joy.

Some of these staff members had never done yoga before this class. They left feeling the age old effects and immediate benefits yoga can gift the body and mind.

One told me his back had a total readjustment and he couldn’t believe how much better he felt.

Another said he’d never felt so relaxed in his life and he hopes to incorporate yoga into his life now.

The seeds we plant are amazing and can go a long way.

I am always grateful to be able to give back . Grateful for the opportunity to do so.
