Yesterday, we said sadly said goodbye to SSgt Lanz after 8 months of having him as our FTEC team Lead. We are beyond thankful for everything he did with the program!

We have welcomed SSgt Bouyer as our new Team Lead. She graduated her first class - a mega class!!! 🙂 swing by to say hello to her!

Important Update: 25E6 Promotion Testing Cycle

The Air Force is committed to ensuring compliance with Executive Orders, while minimizing disruption to our Airmen. To align with these priorities, the upcoming 25E6 promotion testing cycle will now begin on 3 March and conclude on 1 May 2025.

This shift allows us to evaluate and update all testing materials, removing DEI-related content from the Air Force Handbook, Career Development Course study guides, and study materials. Updated study guides are expected to publish no later than 18 February and will be available for download.

Here’s what you need to know:

▪️All testers should answer every question to the best of their ability.
▪️At this time, promotion release timeline and increments are not delayed.
▪️If you were scheduled to test before March 3, your TCO or education center will reschedule your test.
▪️If your test date is after March 3, nothing changes.

This decision ensures promotions occur on time, without delays or disruptions for nearly 35,000 E6 promotion-eligible Airmen, while adhering to the highest standards of compliance.

A few pictures of our January Foundations classes!

During our 13-16 January Foundations 500 class, one group FINALLY found the flag during the Capstone. This was a first! They were such a fun group.

This past week, we graduated our first Foundations 700 class of the year. They were great group of SNCOs that formed a quick connection.
