It’s been a busy offseason for Kat’s Kitchen and we haven’t had a chance to post much!
We have expanded again this season and are pleased to announce we have officially taken on feeding all NASCAR employees, not just the teams! This is a huge step forward for us and we are honored to take this role on this season.
With this new deal, we have access to a fully operational kitchen that is built into one of the NASCAR haulers which is a huge game-changer for us.

After setting up our kitchens on Wednesday this is a glimpse of what we walked into this morning after a nasty storm blew through in Atlanta.
In total we lost (3) 10x10’s, (1) 10x15 and (1) 10x20 tents. Nonetheless, we adjusted our plan, persevered and rebuilt the kitchens the best we could and had lunch out for our xfinity boys on time! We really do have a great team of people working here at Kat’s Kitchen.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t give a shoutout to my friend Todd Davis with Factory Canopies. He’s currently on his way to Atlanta from Mooresville to deliver us new tent frames so we can be ready to roll tomorrow when the cup teams show up. If you’re ever in need of custom made canopies, he’s your guy and can deliver anywhere in the US!⛺️
