Get ready! Registration/Practice for Technique Track Club 2026 Outdoor season begins March 10. For all additional information, join us at Kecoughtan High School at 6pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (weather permitting).
Practice is canceled today (Thursday, March 20th) due to expected inclement weather. We will resume our regular schedule on Tuesday, March 25th.
Greetings everyone! Outdoor track season is officially here! Technique Track Club welcomes athletes ages 5–18 to join us for an exciting season of growth and competition.
Practice Schedule:
📅 Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
🕡 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Kecoughtan High School
During practice, our admin staff will be available to answer any questions and provide information about expectations and fees. Be sure to bring an ink pen with you!

It's that time of year, again. Outdoor season is upon us. Practices will start on Tuesday, March 21st at 6pm. We look forward to seeing you at Kecoughtan High School. 💛💙
Good morning everyone. There is somehow an auto-reply setup with our direct messages. Whenever someone messages, the auto-reply says “Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out.”
Unfortunately, we cannot figure out how to fix this or how it started. If you reach out to us and receive the auto-reply, please be patient until we are able to respond. The auto-reply makes it seem as though we are not comprehending your message because it’s not us responding. We aren’t able to turn it off at this time.
P.S. - if anybody knows how to disable the auto-replies, please help us.
