When kids get in trouble or teen there offer a plea to the parents and the district attorney would say it won’t be on there record. When you found not guilty by a jury of your peers all files must be destroyed as if it never happen. Ohio law state if any information is used that shouldn’t it’s a crime and the person whom use them commits a crime.
Not only was my rights violated but an Ohio grand jury was given information about me that was seals as a juvenile. A charge that I was found not guilty. And cases that was never brought before the courts. And a violation of due process which if I would be afforded my right I would have informed the great people of Ohio that I am not or ever been convicted of any felony crime. There for I could not be a felony with a fire arms. And as a Vetrans from the army Ohio alllow vets to carry. Even with a paid lawyer whom. Now I believe was part of the this it should never took 4 month to find out I had every right to possess a firearm as a business owner and a citizen of United States. So once they found out that I understand law. I had a court date. After 4 month the lost of my home business they let me out with a plea & fine. Drop me off at the Salvation Army in a city I didn’t know about. I walk to the local Walmart where on the way group of cars would holla n***a … this is Ashland Ohio off the 71 s. Honestly this is where my heart problems stated to affect me.
So who was wrong the state of NY or Ohio. I never went to a physical court it was all on a screen in a closet at the jail. So as I now recover my health I also can’t let things go on and happen to others. I even try to question God. Why. I fight anger everyday about this. But I can’t just walk away and be part of so many disabled Americans vets. What’s crazy is how polite they was in there doing. And most blacks that was in that jail was off the 71. Now when a white tell you they hate blacks there wow. Whats even more. Crazy. I bring watermelon from ga to buffalo. I was stop and this officer check and shake every Mellon looking for what ever and than had the nerve to ask me if this profit. I said who said anything about a profit. They gave me my fire arm and said have a good day. The same one that I was given back after the 4 month. What if the cost of freedom per day. For using false info there law said $1220 a day.
So I’m looking for an ohio lawyer and a New York lawyer. To filed a civil liberty lawsuit. They crush my pride of being an American. Who remembers the 6 year old that was killed with a play gun In Ohio that the district attorney said there was no reason to send it to the grand jury. And no charges filed. That was the same district attorney that went before the grand jury with false information. That I was indicted on. Sent Ohio to Georgia where I was arrested for being a dangerous fugitive out of Ohio. I had no clue of So if you know of an attorney in Ohio send info. Due to my health I limited.
