Brian Hobson Karate Studios Self-Defense Lab Come learn self defense techniques anyone can use in retaliation to a potential attacker. Group and partner environment, sign up now!

Are you looking for something fun or different to do today? You should attend our self defense seminar! It starts at 12:30 today and will last for an hour and a half, until 2 pm. Online ticket sales have closed, however, it's not too late to sign up! Show up at least 5 minutes prior, and for just $15 to gain admission into the seminar! The seminar will be held at our main dojo: Brian Hobson Karate Studio, 1921 North Armistead Avenue, Hampton, VA, 23666
9th degree black belt, Hanshi Brian Hobson will explain to you the fundamentals of self defense using traditional karate. Based on the class's interest he will walk us through different responses to different attacks. Every student will have the chance to practice these self defense tactics and work with other certified instructors one on one.
Before class begins we will ask all students to remove any jewelry on their necks, wrists, and hands that might be at risk of breaking or hurting themselves or the other person. We will also ask all attendees to remove their shoes prior to walking onto the mat.
