Starting Wednesday, September 9, we’re adding Cardio Kickboxing during our kids classes.

It’s a fun, high-energy workout designed for all fitness levels. No experience needed. You will build your conditioning, relieve some stress, and make good use of the time you’re already at the gym.

Your kids are working hard in class, now you can take that same time and do something for yourself too.

We’re excited to have Jonatas at 3D Martial Arts for a seminar on Friday, September 25th

Jonatas has competed at the highest level in both MMA and Jiu-Jitsu and is a world-class coach and competitor. He’s especially known for his half guard, and we’re looking forward to having him share his knowledge with us.

All schools and affiliations are welcome.

Last night GabeAndreacchi made his long awaited MMA debut at the legendary XFO outdoor war. He didn’t get the win, losing a tough fight by Unanimous Decision, but there’s still a lot to be proud of. Throughout the whole training camp, all the way through the weight cut and weigh ins, he handled himself like a seasoned professional. The fight was a grueling back and forth battle between two young guys with bright futures. Respect to his opponent, he came ready to fight and earned the win. Thank you to everyone who came out to the event, outdoor war is always a blast. On to the next one!
