THIRD GENERATION TEAM
Here is our September Challenge:
“STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. DO IT.”
September 1–30, 2026
THE PURPOSE
We all know someone who has said:
“Hey, that gym you go to…”
“I’ve been thinking about trying Jiu-Jitsu…”
“I’ve always wanted to learn Judo…”
“I really need to start working out…”
“I’m going to come in sometime.”
This September, we want to turn “sometime” into “today.”
This challenge is an academy-wide initiative encouraging our current students to personally invite friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, and anyone who has expressed interest in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Judo to come through our doors and experience what Team 3G is all about.
Let us open a door and create an opportunity.
Think about it: One conversation can change someone's life.
HOW IT WORKS
INVITE SOMEONE: Think of someone who has talked about trying Jiu-Jitsu or Judo, getting in shape, learning self-defense, or simply doing something different.
BRING THEM IN: Don't just tell them about the academy. Come with them. Help them take that first step onto the mat.
START THE TWO-WEEK TRIAL: Your guest must enroll in our Two-Week Trial, giving them the opportunity to experience our school, train with our team, and discover what Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo can do for them. MAKE SURE THEY LIST WHO REFERRED THEM.
As part of the Two-Week Trial, they will receive a Team 3G gi to begin their journey on the mat.
GET CREDIT: Make sure the academy knows you referred them. Each guest who enrolls in the Two-Week Trial counts toward your referral total.
THE PRIZE: At each school, the current student with the most new enrollments through referrals during the challenge will receive:
$200 GIFT CARD
THE TEAM REWARD: We don't want only the top referrer to have something to look forward to.
EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATES AND REFERS SOMEONE WILL BE INVITED TO A SPECIAL TEAM 3G CLASS & PIZZA PARTY FOLLOWING THE CHALLENGE.
ONE REFERRAL. ONE CONVERSATION. ONE INVITATION.
Everyone who steps up and helps grow our team will be part of the celebration.
THE GOAL: Build our Team. Bring new people through the doors. Give someone the opportunity to discover what Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo can do for them.
You already know someone who has been thinking about it.
DON'T JUST SAY, “YOU SHOULD COME SOMETIME.”
SAY:
“COME WITH ME.”
STOP THINKING ABOUT IT.
DO IT.
