Hanover Family Fitness will reopen Monday, Aug 3rd at 4:30am!
All sessions will resume as scheduled.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and love shown to me and my family during this time of sadness. ❤️

Update****

8am Fridays class has been canceled!

Hanover Family Fitness will close Friday, July 3rd at 8am and reopen Monday, the 6th at 4:30am. There will be a Shape Up Hanover session Friday, July 3rd at 7am.

Hanover Family Fitness will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Classes will resume Thursday morning!

Hanover Family Fitness will remain closed today, Monday, because the parking lot has not been plowed yet! I will update later today about tomorrow’s schedule!
Our first workout back may include shovels!

The gym will be closed tomorrow and no class Monday at 4:30am. I will update from that time after I know the roads are decent, I am plowed out (😩) and the parking lot has been plowed!
