A few weeks ago, we were able to have our Annual Breaking & Challenge Night, where our students faced challenges of all sorts and all levels. They had to break boards, do unlimited kicks and punches, a challenging push-up contest, and overall a big training night to test their skills and abilities.

We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we enjoyed the night!

📣Congratulations to our students who competed at Ocean City Classics Karate & Jiu Jitsu Championship and Nafma- North American Federation of Martial Arts All Valley Kids Tournament today!

They each left it all on the mat and made us all proud! And they each took home medals, too! In total we got two 3rd places, one 2nd place, one 1st place, and one Grand Champion!🎉

Congrats to our newest Orange Belts! Nothing is bigger than family- even promotions… they both decided to wait to promote to their next belt until both were ready so they could share that moment together🧡

We are so proud of both of you and the progress you have made in your training. Keep it up!

🥋Getting in an extra bit of training today! Making sure that each of our students who show up, get that extra support or help with certain parts of their training that they are each working towards right now. This is such an important part of our WHY!
