Well, didn't fulfill my goal as anticipated but did post a few fish over the last few days. With all the negativity in the world today, we could all use a few more fish to mellow the mood. They weather is going to be s**t the next few days, the water will be turned up and the tides are going mid day. Glad I'm back on duty for that but I'd go if I wasn't. Those putting in the time are reaping the rewards though. Black drum on clams, blues on bunker/mullet/anything with a hook when they blitz the surf. Soak some bait, throw a spoon and wait. They've got to come by eventually. Until next time, tight lines

Just realized the absence in posts on this page. Been playing around making hard baits. Still a very long way to go on that. Going back to bait rigs until the blues pass. Thinking a mullet rig with a keeper hook, thoughts?
